This addendum supplements standard Pricing for Enterprise customers with a signed order form or MSA.
1. Eligibility
Enterprise pricing applies to customers with:
- Signed Enterprise Agreement or Order Form
- Minimum committed spend (typically $2,000/month or $24,000/year)
- Business billing contact and tax ID

2. Volume Discounts

Discounts apply to listed per-token rates, not platform fee on credit purchases.

6. Refund Terms
Enterprise refund terms specified in order form. Standard Refund Policy applies unless overridden in writing.
7. Term and Renewal
- Initial term: typically 12 months
- Auto-renewal: 30 days written notice to cancel
- Price adjustments: 60 days notice
